Today is my 21st birthday, and I was going to have a review ready, but I don't. So I apologize for my slacker self and promise you a week of awesomeness starting Monday. (And beg you to forgive me... it is my birthday afterall!)
Here's what we have in store for you...
Monday: Aurora Lightbourne, author of Brass Hearts, is doing a guest post with us talking about indie writing. The pros, the cons, the idea of why readers do or don't choose to read them.
Wednesday: Review of Alexander Death by J.L. Bryan. I have it, I'm reading it and it is AWESOME!
Friday: David Beem will be with us, and M will be doing a review on his book Abyss of Chaos. From what she's saying, if you like Game of Thrones, you'll enjoy this. David's post will also centered around the indie book industry.
Since we cover so many indie books, I thought it would be great to talk about it, see what they say, maybe get some thoughts out of you guys. So next week is the week for that. We will also have mini posts along the way, including how to make notes/ highlight passages on your e-reader, new Nook Color information (I know we've been so focused on the Kindle recently- they just have all these cool updates! But it's still not fair to you Nook lovers.) And of course, anything else book related that pops up that we feel you need to know.
Just a reminder about our current giveaway going on right now. If we can get 50 followers by Halloween then we will have a drawing for 2 $10.00 Barnes and Nobles or Amazon gift cards. We have 29, so only 21 left to go! To be entered all you have to do is simply follow us (Not sure how? Click here.), if you aren't already, and make sure you make comments on posts that interests you. To see the full details of this giveaway, click here. Just remember, if we don't reach 50 followers, we won't have any prizes. So invite your friends, fellow bloggers, family members and anyone you know who might be interested in what we have to offer.
Did I mention we've surpassed 2,000 views? Heck yes. We can have 50 followers in no time!
Thanks and have a great weekend!
